Mrs. Universe Japan 2026 Third Place Manari Osaki Pays a Courtesy Visit to the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Japan

On September 9, 2026, Manari Osaki, who placed third at Mrs. Universe Japan 2026 and is set to compete at the Mrs. Universe world final as Japan's representative, paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Japan.

She was accompanied by Kazue Oshima, CEO of Bellissima Japan K.K., which organizes Mrs. Universe Japan. Ms. Osaki reported on her placing at Mrs. Universe Japan 2026 and on her upcoming participation in the world final, to be held in Sri Lanka on October 18, 2026, and shared her determination for the competition.

Sri Lanka holds a special place in Ms. Osaki's heart.

She spent her childhood in India, Sri Lanka, Iran and the United States, growing up surrounded by diverse cultures and values. In her elementary school years she lived in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and attended the Japanese School in Colombo.

Now Sri Lanka, the land of her childhood memories, is hosting the Mrs. Universe world final, and she will return there once again as Japan's representative.

"I once lived in Sri Lanka, and now I am going back as Japan's representative."

For Ms. Osaki, competing in the world final and visiting the embassy mark a major milestone that connects the path of her life so far with her activities today.

In February 2024, at the age of 33, Ms. Osaki was diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer. While continuing her treatment, she actively speaks at companies, educational institutions and elsewhere about women's health education and the importance of early detection of breast cancer.

Mrs. Universe Japan values not only outer beauty but also each woman's life experience, her commitment to giving back to society, and her drive to take action.

On the international stage of the world final, Ms. Osaki will share with audiences in Japan and abroad the importance of "women's health" and "early detection of breast cancer," messages born from her own experience.

Mrs. Universe Japan will be cheering on Manari Osaki as she takes on the challenge of the world final.
