Mrs. Asia International 2026 Japan Representative Kaori Nishimura Pays a Courtesy Visit to Ginowan City Hall, Okinawa

On September 18, 2026, Kaori Nishimura, who will represent Japan at the Mrs. Asia International 2026 international pageant, paid a courtesy visit to the city hall of her hometown, Ginowan City in Okinawa Prefecture.

During the visit, she reported on her upcoming participation in the international pageant and spoke about her activities to date and her feelings as she prepares for the competition.

Ms. Nishimura is set to compete in the “WORLD PEACE” category of the international pageant.

At the courtesy visit, she conveyed her determination to “deliver a wish for peace from Okinawa to the world.” She also spoke about her roughly 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist, and about the philosophy behind her work: that when women cherish themselves, it leads to the well-being of their families, of society, and ultimately to peace.

Being able to report her participation in the international pageant in Ginowan, the city where she was born and raised, was a special occasion for Ms. Nishimura.

Receiving warm words of encouragement from her hometown, she said she felt anew both the responsibility and the joy of standing on the world stage as Japan’s representative.

What Ms. Nishimura holds dear is the Okinawan spirit of “Nuchi du takara.”

Carrying in her heart the belief that “life itself is the most precious treasure of all,” she will deliver a message of peace from Okinawa to the world.

「From Okinawa to World Peace」

With that wish in her heart, Kaori Nishimura takes on the Mrs. Asia International 2026 international pageant.

Please stay tuned for her performance at the international pageant.
