paid a courtesy visit to Haruyuki Yoshida, Deputy Mayor of Kashihara City, Nara Prefecture.
The finalists explained the philosophy of Mrs. Universe and the purpose of the pageant to the Deputy Mayor, and each spoke about how she came to take on this challenge, as well as her contributions to society and volunteer activities.
The finalists also asked about Kashihara City’s initiatives in child-rearing support and community empowerment. Deputy Mayor Yoshida kindly shared valuable insights into each initiative, and everyone listened intently.
